Our mission is to provide top notch training to all athletes while improving confidence, boosting morale , and teaching responsibility on and off the court or sand. Our coaches live by this mission , and promise to provide each and every player with all the tools they need to improve as players and individuals.
Coach Jasmine is the travel program Master Coach and Club Director . She has been playing for 12 years , and coaching for 10 years. Coach Jasmine was invited to train at the Olympic Training Center at the age of 14, and has pursued her passion for volleyball since. She played D1 volleyball at Southern University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology. Following graduation Coach Jasmine became the assistant coach at Pensacola State College until 2017. After collegiate coaching Jasmine began coaching club while completing her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She now spends her time developing behavior intervention plans for children with autism, and Coaching for Reign Elite Volleyball Club.
Coach Bayley is a Lead coach and the Data & Strategy Coordinator. She has been playing for 14 years, and coaching for 6 years. Coming from Pasadena, CA, Coach Bayley relocated to Baton Rouge in 2013 to play Division 1 volleyball at Southern University and A&M College, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology. Following graduation Coach Bayley became the assistant coach at Southern University until 2019. After collegiate coaching Bayley began coaching club in the summer of 2020 and teaching youth in the Baton Rouge Area. She also spends her free time on the referee stand for the Bayou region .
